working method

I work with the resource-oriented, scientifically proven approach Sexocorporel . It is a model of sexual health that divides human sexuality into different components that always interact with each other.

Working with the approach is a mixture of talk therapy and individually coordinated bodywork, whereby it is important that therapist and client work together. You can find more information about the approach below.

approach Sexcorporel

Sexocorporel is a body-based method of sex therapy developed by Canadian psychologist and sex therapist Jean-Yves Desjardins.

This method focuses on the connection between bodily sensations, emotional experiences and sexual experience. It aims to help people develop a more conscious and fulfilling sex life by exploring their body awareness, emotions and relationships.

The approach is resource-oriented and builds on the individual situation and existing skills. It can be used for sexual dysfunctions, insecurities about one's own sexuality or body, or simply to develop further sexually.

Basically, Sexocorporel assumes that sexuality is learned and can be changed/expanded throughout life.
